Downloadable version Should be free, like ncaa and USATF books in digital format. NFHS seems more about making money from these instead of getting the information out to the athletes, coaches, and officials. I would still buy a paper copy for use at a meet, but didnâ€™t this year because I had to buy digital just to take the test. My state only buys hard copies for Officials every other year.
Good to have something to reference when you need clarification on the rules for a part-time coach like myself, or any coach for that matter. Nice to have something to back up what you know and what someone thinks they know (but really don't).
